Anurag has more than 20 years of Talent Acquisition experience with access to leadership spanning geographies that provides the backbone to Otsima and its Talent Management platforms.
He has held various leadership positions within the Recruiting organisation including that of Infosys where he headed the hirings for North America, India and APAC. These platforms served as the focal point for executive level relationship management in various geographies at the highest level.
Anurag has partnered with Globally renowned IT Services organisations and has been credited with hiring some of the best known names in the industry at the leadership levels globally including the Chief Executive Officer, Business Unit Heads and Client Partners, Senior Consulting & Sales professionals from marquee international clients and Delivery Directors from Outsourcing vendors.
